@NoBrokerCare Worst customer service & mobile app experience ever! Reps lack basic communication skill, kept asking me to generate OTP repeatedly when issue was otp not generating. Didn't bother asking for account details or trying to understand the problem. #CustomerServiceFail

@madclicx @myntra @MyntraSupport A similar incident happened to me. I ordered white color and they sent a yellow color. As I sent it as a gift I didn't know until that person wore it after a month and shared photos. Very careless service on premium charges.

@FedExEurope rescheduling parcel since past one week every day for next available date. And every day I'm not receiving it. Your customer care agent assured twice that it will be delivered for sure but it didn't. Pathetic service i have ever seen in my life. Complain no:94333640
