No fastag balance should subject owners to double tax on the spot via exit gates to avoid long queues— the car should be allowed to cross and then Stopped after crossing to collect the negative balance on the fastag itself

@nitin_gadkari we need traffic police reforms remove them from the roads - they are the reason for traffic jams, road snarls and unnecessary harassment to citizens and trying to fleece them in the garb of law. With technology in place- the reforms needs to reduce their count
