Was excited to meet parents after 2yrs as they planned to visit US next week. Tech issues while merging mom’s vaccine certificates linked to 2 nos. caused both certificates to show 1st dose. Cant travel despite 2 doses. Tech support is unable to help. How can we solve this ASAP?

#CoWIN app issue, merging 2 certificates erased my mom's 2nd vaccination, support cannot help. She cant travel internationally right now. Please help me fix it.

@AmazonHelp Thank you. She used the skip sign in link sent by you, though which she was able to log in. Thank you for all your help. She is still not receiving the OTP on her mobile through text. Pl look into that. There was a call in through which she received her pass code.

@AmazonHelp Have been trying to do that since morning. The call centre person is not able to transfer the call to Account Specialist Team because she is not able to give OTP. They don't realize that OTP itself is a problem.

@AmazonHelp Have done all the basic troubleshooting. Need to disable 2 step verification so as to get OTP also in e mail only. Have sent a mail for this.

Just modified channel pack on Tata Sky. Didn't get what I asked for and lost what was there (Read-Marathi pack). Faced same issues in renewal fortnight ago. And all I hear is a sorry from call centre. Very sad indeed. @TataSky
