Was excited to meet parents after 2yrs as they planned to visit US next week. Tech issues while merging mom’s vaccine certificates linked to 2 nos. caused both certificates to show 1st dose. Cant travel despite 2 doses. Tech support is unable to help. How can we solve this ASAP?

#CoWIN app issue, merging 2 certificates erased my mom's 2nd vaccination, support cannot help. She cant travel internationally right now. Please help me fix it.
