Dear @airindia He was promised full refund, for the outbound journey (Outbound PNR: 92CQEK (Ticket Nos: 0982182436262 / 0982182436263) as he returned from airport because the flight was delayed by 5 hrs. But no full refund insisted yet. He was just given ₹2725 each ticket.

5. Had I travelled that day, I would have further taken the flight to TRV as well. But instead I took an Uber from Airport upto my home that night. 3/5

@airindia 2. The ground staff, after we disembarked from the flight in IXC, offered us Flight reschedule or full refund.

1. The flight from IXC-BLR never took off that day. So there is no question of mine travelling upto BLR. 1/5

After tones of email and repeated calls and talking to at least 25-30 different agents, I have no other options to go social. My friend had a flight from IXC to TRV on 19th March. But the flight was delayed by 5 hrs and he was promised a full refund. 1/3
