Currently as per @IPL impact player rules, a batter is replaced by batter in 1st inning is wrong. Both batters can not be allowed to bat. However if it's OK then can it be allowed for bowlers? Can a bowler complete his 4 overs, replaced by another bowler who also bowls 4 overs?
