New cadre restructure notified on 23-11-2024,still has not been implemented,please do the needful at the earliest ..17000 health workers' waiting for promotion,stagnancy was there for 49 years since 1974..request to hon'able minister hfw Dr. Mohaling sir to look into this issue.
