@flyspicejet It was really an unpleasant boarding exp. with u #SG8913.
First web check not done, once done, no boarding pass provided, then kiosk was not working, then to the extend surprise the QR code with boarding pass was not working & cheery on the cake.. AC is not good.

Bus travel was rescheduled without info, bus was 500mts far from the pickup point, none of the number was working. Once found the bus heater was not working, it was shevring whole night. Bus staff was rude. @GoibiboSupport was also not reachable

Dear @BluSmartIndia had a bad exp @ Delhi T2 on 20 Jan booked Blu.. after 30 mins no driver show.. tried to cancel.. not cancelled, called customer care..even then not cancelled..& still post one week, my blocked money has not been released, despite of calling customer care👎🏻🙁🙃
