A damaged fuse near Prateek Laurel, Sec120 caused major power outage & huge inconvenience to residents. Delay in attending complaint, temp repair work led to repeated outages, hours without main supply and unnecessary DG diesel wastage. @PVVNLHQ need permanent resolution.

Even after stating that someone would galet back to me shortly, no one has connected till now. Today is 10th day and my 2 wheeler is without insurance, who will be responsible if there is any incident, will ICICI take responsibility with such low level support??

@ICICILombard I need urgent help on my 2 wheeler policy and I am struggling to get it since 16th March. Nobody is helping from ICICI Lombard and everything is pushed back to 2 to 3 days with no resolution. I am deeply saddened by the response and no seriousness from the team.
