Never buy any TCL TV or products from Flipkart. I’m struggling to return or get my recently purchased (5th May) 85-inch TCL C655 TV repaired. Despite multiple follow-ups, today they completely denied any resolution.

Never buy any products from Flipkart if its a opened box delivery.Neither brand nor Flipkart help you in return/repaired if product is faulty.Despite multiple follow-ups,they completely denied resolution.

@flipkartsupport Nothing was there in DM same message everytime that concern team worked on my issue. It's frustrating that Flipkart is not able to provide any resolution if brand has denied any resolution
