Facebook tells me that 12 years ago this week, I got my first band 5 post in inpatient mental health. 12 years on I am still in the same service, still just as passionate about our profession, and have just completed my first week as clinical lead for the team 💚

Big day for my family and the NHS- my auntie is having an operation to remove her cancer and my (shielding) mum and her partner are having their Covid vaccines! Feeling very grateful to have the NHS and for the most vulnerable of those I love the most to be a little bit safer ❤️
