@catalinmpit sounds like me. morning sunlight. no food/drink 3h before bed. no screens 1h. no scrolling. no many tabs. breathing. diet. evening routine. meditation. increase parasympathetic tone. observe what works. I don’t wake up rested (anymore) but still ok!
@Innerdevcrypto@BRICSinfo not sure how you get to that conclusion. if everyone gets access to the same tools (and that's not a given tbh), the value just moves up the stack, as in the past. why not this time?
@shl snail mail shouldn’t be required to “verify” in order to initiate a tax refund (corner case). in fact, just deprecate snail mail “auth” completely. https://t.co/Jno9Q97GIq should be enough with MFA.
is cloudflare too big to fail? ~20 min outage that took down major sites like Shopify, LinkedIn, and millions more.
none had contingency plans to switch to backup providers. what's the point of having 30 sec TTL on DNS records if you're not going to switch over?? ops fail.
@drewwilson@OpacityHQ remember PSD slice and dice guys from mid-2000's? that was an actual job!
probably design tools had poor integration with implementations? it should be as easy as:
import LoginWidget from 'https://t.co/bS1CX7cN9D';
keep source of truth in design tool. just make it easy.
@levelsio this mind virus also infected many open source devs during that time, who plastered banners and flags in GitHub repos in support of dubious causes. this spam even made its way into the terminal: the audacity to put woke messaging into npm install scripts. well played.
@jianxliao for long-running sandboxes, the hard part is snapshot management, CoW overlayfs snapshots, cross-machine migration, NAT setups so clones can run on at the same time as the parent, custom VSOCK stubs, the list goes on. good luck, it's fun stuff!
@kush__sharma for how long?
that’s the problem: everything starts out with (good intentions) high quality but always succumb to human greed. what was once guaranteed and trusted is no more. cycle repeats ad inf.
