As an Indian enterprise customer (Crescent Group), I'm facing serious billing & credit issues with Perplexity Enterprise/Max.
- Monthly Computer credits have not been credited for the last 2+ months
- Forced to manually reload Org Pool multiple times
- Multiple past due invoices & failed payments despite following up since early May
- Support (Sam) has been promising a resolution "within 1 working day" for weeks, with no fix
Paying customers shouldn't have to wait this long for credits. Can someone from the team please look into the case?

This is especially frustrating for a company that's expanding rapidly in India. We've been patient, but a month+ of delays on something as basic as monthly credits is not acceptable for enterprise users.
