@metrorailpune This problem happens almost all day.. tried whatsapp, metro app even upi payment at KIOSK machine.. payments get deducted from bank but we dont get ticket.. Though it gets refunded but we loose time trying multiple option and then endup in paying cash without any discount

सामान्य व्यक्ती कडून अस काही झालं असतं तर रात्री ३-४ वाजता उठून पोलीस स्टेशनला गेला असता का तूम्ही?

कल्याणीनगरमध्ये काल रात्री झालेल्या अपघातात दोघांचा झालेला मृत्यू ही अत्यंत दुःखद आणि दुर्दैवी घटना आहे. दोन्ही मृतांच्या कुटुंबियांच्या दुःखात मी सहभागी आहे आणि या अपघातात मृत्युमुखी पडलेल्या तरुण-तरुणीला न्यायव्यवस्थेच्या माध्यमातून नक्की न्याय मिळेल, असा मला विश्वासही आहे. तसेच दोषींवर कठोर कारवाई करण्यात येईल अशी आशा बाळगतो.

या दुर्दैवी अपघाताशी माझा दुरान्वयेही संबंध नसताना कालपासून सोशल मिडियात काही घटकांकडून माझ्याविषयी चुकीची आणि बदनामीकारक माहिती प्रसारीत करण्यात येत आहे. याबाबत सुरवातीला दुर्लक्ष केलं परंतु विरोधकांकडून याचा गैरफायदा घेण्याचा प्रयत्न होत असल्याचं लक्षात आल्याने कालच्या घटनेबाबत सविस्तर भूमिका स्पष्ट करणं गरजेचं आहे.

माझ्या मतदारसंघात मोठा अपघात झाल्याची माहिती काल पहाटे ३ च्या सुमारास माझ्या कार्यकर्त्यांनी फोन करुन दिली. तसंच माझे परिचित विशाल आगरवाल यांनीही फोन केला आणि त्यांच्या मुलाचा ॲक्सिडेंट झाल्याचं सांगितलं. त्यानुसार जबाबदार लोकप्रतिनिधी म्हणून मी पहाटे प्रथम घटनास्थळावर आणि नंतर येरवडा पोलिस ठाण्यात गेलो. यावेळी पोलिस ठाण्यात चौकशी केली असता पोलिस निरक्षक हे अपघातातील तरुण-तरुणींना हॉस्पिटलमध्ये घेऊन गेल्याचं सांगण्यात आलं. मी त्यांना फोन केला असता १५ मिनिटात येत असल्याचं त्यांनी सांगितलं आणि त्यानुसार ते आलेही. पोलिस स्टेशनला आल्यानंतर पीआय साहेबांनी अपघाताचा संपूर्ण घटनाक्रम सांगितला. त्यानुसार आपण दोषींवर कठोर कायदेशीर कारवाई करावी, अशा सूचना देऊन मी तिथून निघून आलो. मी पोलिसांवर कोणताही दबाव आणला नाही हे पोलिस अधिकारीही कबूल करतील, यात शंका नाही. म्हणूनच काल सकाळी ६ वाजता याप्रकरणी गुन्हाही दाखल झाला आणि पुढील न्यायालयीन प्रक्रियाही झाली.

दरम्यान, या अपघातप्रकरणी मी पोलिसांवर दबाव आणल्याचा खोडसाळपणा काही घटकांकडून सोशल मिडियात केला जातोय. यामुळं माझी सार्वजनिक व राजकीय जीवनात बदनामी होण्याची शक्यता असल्याने वस्तुस्थिती याठिकाणी नमूद केली आहे. वास्तविक मी पहिल्यापासून ‘नाईट लाईफ’च्या विरोधात आहे आणि याबाबत वेळोवेळी आवाजही उठवला आहे. विमाननगर, कल्याणीनगर, खराडी या उच्चभ्रू भागात रात्री उशिरापर्यंत अवैधरित्या सुरु असलेले पब, बार आणि टेरेस हॉटेल तसंच दारु विक्री, मटका धंदा, हुक्का पार्लर, पत्त्याचे क्लब, अमली पदार्थांची विक्री, मसाज पार्लर या अवैध धंद्यांवर कारवाई करण्याबाबत मी पोलिस आयुक्तांना यापूर्वी पत्रही दिलं आहे आणि विधानसभेतही यासंदर्भात आवाज उठवला आहे. तसंच कल्याणीनगरमधील रहिवाशांसोबत पोलिस आयुक्त साहेबांची प्रत्यक्ष भेट घेउनही त्यांच्या निदर्शनास हा प्रकार आणून दिला आहे. शिवाय यापुढेही या अवैध व्यवसायांना माझा नेहमीच विरोध असेल. परंतु एखाद्या अपघाताशी कोणताही संबंध नसताना नाव जोडणं हे चुकीचं आणि बदनामीकारक आहे. सूज्ञ नागरीक या अपप्रचाराला बळी पडणार नाहीत, असा विश्वास आहे.

@msrtcofficial new booking website is not working properly.. I am trying to book bus from Pune to Nashik and it says bus not found which is quite surprising.. it is also not allowing to choose service type like Shivneri, Shivai etc..

@TopDriverIndia @nitin_gadkari Look at the # of vehicles crossing the junction.. if the count increase then so as the chaos.. It is not at all comparable.. Also the fines are hefty so they do not dare to break the rules..

@ThePuneMirror Much needed. Kindly enforce your team to collect the fine and not settle it down.. huge fine amounts will definitely make such drivers to learn their lessons..50-60 mins just for 10-12 kms during peak hours is crazy and this is just because of such rash drivers..
