After listening to entire IVR and selecting option to talk to executive the IVR says you don’t have 24x7 service. What is the solution in emergency?

@ThaneCityPolice the below concern was raised to traffic police of Thane but unfortunately no response hence requesting you. Some of our members seen the vehicle last at around 8:30pm. If people don’t follow basic parking rules then it will be very difficult.
