@DavidWard126 David, this has been 48 hours now that we have been without electricity. CP is slow to give feedback on this specific issue. Please put some pressure on them to report back and fix the issue. It is mind boggling that they only send a team out to be on site at 9:00.

@CityPowerJhb @DavidWard126 @amelia_bester there are no one on site to repair the fault that is causing the outage in Weltevredenpark. This is ridiculous that we get no answers and no service from CityPower!!!

A4: being real and honest with the Ss and showing that we’re also human. Modeling empathy is the best way and having conversations about it. I always tell them that we’re all allowed to have an off-day where we just need some love, understanding, grace and kindness. #ZAedu

@JeanetteViljoen Agree! I think sometimes our Ss forget that and we as Ts forget that about our Ss. I have given Ss a “free lesson” if they are really upset and don’t want to talk at the moment. Take a walk, clear your mind and feel your feels. I’ll catch you up ...
