@Formstack I'm trying to get you to take down a scammer's form. I filed an abuse report including a mountain of evidence. Got a vague non-reply. Form is still up. Please help, scammer is posing as our company and the victims are complaining to us.
@BigTiff2578@CTPaidLeave@aflac Basically, be polite (you want them on your side), but take up a bunch of their time and be the squeaky wheel they want to fix.
@BigTiff2578@CTPaidLeave@aflac If you speak to a call center manager, they really still can't do much more than take a message, but they may have better luck. Ask a bunch of specific questions about why your case has taken so long, what is their process, What is the appropriate way to complain, etc.
@BigTiff2578@CTPaidLeave@aflac Clearly @CTPaidLeave isn’t living up to its promise. Given the amount of work and stress it takes, you might as well have just kept working. Plus you better already have enough savings to last over a month waiting.
@BigTiff2578@CTPaidLeave It took me 2 calls like that, and making some noise in Twitter to finally move things along. I think @aflac was completely unprepared to administer the program, but it might not be entirely their fault, seems they only had a few months to prepare.
@radiochick1 Please help if u can, the system is not working put in my claim a month ago, can’t get a call back from my cas manager or her supervisor even though they keep escalating my case,It’s been stressful, took time off of work to take care of mother with cancer, I’m a single mom
@CTPaidLeave Can’t get my case manager to call me or give status of claim, it’s been a month, took leave to take care of my mother who has cancer, please help
@CTPaidLeave Then - wait over 1 month, Call about 2 dozen times... Wait some more ... make some more phone calls ... leave some messages ... then keep waiting. You'll get paid some day.....probably ... #I❤PaidLeave @CTPaidLeave#HopeYouHaveSavings
@CTHouseDems@CathyOsten@aflac: How to apply to @CTPaidLeave: 1) Apply & submit all paper work 2) Wait 1mo +, call, call, call ... never get called back 3) Call & DEMAND to speak to case manager. 4) FINALLY approved... 5) Don't get paid. 6) Call some more...
