Today, I watched the news of Prince George beginning the next phase of his education at Eton, and my mind immediately went somewhere else.
As children across the world return to school, many families are celebrating new uniforms, packed lunch boxes, paid fees and photographs at school gates.
Yet behind that season of hope are children whose parents are sick, deceased, imprisoned, displaced or caught in political and social struggles they did not choose.
This issue is deeply personal to me because Nnabuikem, the son of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has experienced the direct consequences of his father’s imprisonment and the politics surrounding his struggle.
At one point, his school fees were stopped by the saddist in Germany who instructed his madam not to continue paying them.
Simply because I refused to compromise my position that the obere midget in Findland (simonekpa) does not represent Mazi Nnamdi Kanu or IPOB, and because I rejected the violence (the killing of our people)and criminality associated with his activities.
Despite these challenges, I have continued to stand by my husband, advocate for his release, and protect our child from becoming collateral damage in an adult political battle.
IPOB remains Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s legacy, and no internal disagreement or factional ambition can erase that historical fact.
When Nnabuikem’s education was threatened, the Directorate of State, led by Chika Edoziem, stepped in and paid his school fees until they could no longer carry the burden.
This raises a painful but necessary question: between those who obstructed a child’s access to education and those who ensured he could continue learning, who truly stood against the wellbeing of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s family and who are Mazi NnamdiKanu's enemies?
Those who are healthy, free and living comfortably with their wives while depending financially on a man in prison should first examine themselves. And mark my words, where ever you channel that finance, it will be like water poured into a basket!
For me, the line was crossed when my son’s education was used as a weapon in an adult conflict.
A child should never be punished because of a parent’s position.
A prisoner should never have to wonder whether those claiming to defend him are allowing his child to suffer.
How many of you tweeted #FreeNnamdiKanu today?
How many wrote any letter or held any meeting about him today?
How many of you have truly fight and go anywhere for him without any expectation of what you will get?
This is why my charity’s Back-to-School Outreach matters so deeply this year. By God’s grace, it will expand further, guided by one clear principle: every child who comes within our reach deserves a chance to go to school, regardless of whether their parents are poor, sick, dead, imprisoned, displaced or overwhelmed by hardship.
Our Position
•Protect the educational rights of vulnerable children.
•Support families affected by detention, displacement, bereavement, illness and hardship.
•Advocate for justice, dignity and accountability.
•Ensure that no child is denied education because of political conflict or adult disagreement.
Whatever our politics, grievances or struggles, we must never wage war on children. No child should lose their future because life happened to their parents. One child, one school bag, one book and one opportunity at a time, we will keep sending them to school.

@OkwukKanu Happy birthday Madam! May God bless your new age. May your new age bring good news that can make your joy complete. May all your expectations come through.
It's tweet Tuesday!
We are not terrorists because we ask for Biafra.
Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB seek the restoration of Biafra through self-determination, born from our history, the wounds of the Nigeria–Biafra war, and longstanding grievances of marginalisation, insecurity and injustice.
You may oppose Biafra, but self-determination is not, by itself, terrorism.
And there are serious jurisdictional questions now before the appeal: the alleged broadcasts were made from London, while Kanu's forcible transfer from Kenya to Nigeria raises the extraordinary-rendition question.
Nor should Nnamdi Kanu be made criminally responsible for violence committed or claimed by Obere Midget in Finland (simon ekpa) or anyone else. Criminal responsibility must be individual.
These are questions of law, justice and jurisdiction.

EASILY DIGESTIBLE BREAKDOWN OF WHAT WENT WRONG WITH JUSTICE OMOTOSHO’S JUDGMENT
20.11.2025
Here is the plain-English version of why the judgment is illegal, biased, and useless in law.
1. HE REFUSED TO FIRST DECIDE WHETHER HE EVEN HAD POWER TO TRY THE CASE
Before any court can try a criminal case, it must first answer one question:
👉 Do we have the right (jurisdiction) to hear this case?
Kanu challenged the court’s right to try him.
Instead of ruling on it, the judge dodged the issue and pushed it aside.
A court cannot ignore jurisdiction.
If jurisdiction is in doubt, everything done afterwards is worthless.
Omotosho knew this, yet he refused to address it.
2. HE TOLD KANU TO PUT ALL OBJECTIONS IN A FINAL ADDRESS - THEN BLOCKED THE FINAL ADDRESS
This is outright trickery.
In the excerpt you provided, the judge told Kanu:
“Don’t raise jurisdiction now. Put it in your final written address.”
But later:
❌ He blocked the filing of final addresses.
❌ He went ahead to give judgment without hearing those objections.
It’s like telling a defendant:
“Speak later.”
And when “later” comes:
“Oh sorry, you can’t speak anymore.”
This is denial of fair hearing in its purest form.
3. HE REFUSED TO ISSUE WRITTEN RULINGS ON SERIOUS APPLICATIONS
Nigerian law is very clear:
👉 Judges must give written reasons for their decisions.
Kanu filed several applications on important issues, such as:
Illegal rendition
Repealed laws
Abuse of court process
Double criminality
Invalid charges
The judge refused to write any ruling on them.
This alone makes the judgment illegal.
4. HE FORCED KANU TO TAKE A PLEA UNDER A REPEALED LAW
The charges brought against Kanu were based on a law that no longer exists (the old Terrorism Act of 2013).
The new 2022 Act replaced it.
The judge knew the old law was dead; refused to acknowledge the repeal
Forced Kanu to plead under the dead law anyway
This is like charging someone under a law that has been thrown in the dustbin.
Illegal. Void.
5. HE IGNORED THE CONSTITUTION’S REQUIREMENT THAT NO ONE CAN BE CONVICTED UNDER AN “UNWRITTEN” OR UNKNOWN OFFENCE
Nigeria’s Constitution says:
👉 You cannot be punished for an offence that is not written down in a valid law.
But the judge:
Used allegations not in the charge
Used “facts” not presented in court
Used accusations that no witness ever mentioned
For example, he claimed Kanu planned to bomb the British and US embassies during EndSARS.
This is pure fiction.
Nobody in court ever said this.
It existed only in the judge’s mind.
A judge is not allowed to invent evidence.
6. HE PUT A “SAVINGS CLAUSE” ABOVE THE CONSTITUTION
He relied on a section of the new terrorism law that says “old cases continue”.
But here is the truth:
👉 A savings clause cannot override the Constitution.
👉 A repealed law remains repealed.
👉 You cannot continue a case under a law that is no longer valid.
The judge put the Act above the Constitution.
No court is allowed to do that.
7. HE AVOIDED THE ISSUE OF “DOUBLE CRIMINALITY” EVEN THOUGH IT IS ESSENTIAL
Since the government claimed Kanu committed crimes in Kenya, the law requires the court to first check:
“Is this thing a crime in Kenya?”
“Did Kenya provide evidence?”
The answer is:
❌ No evidence from Kenya
❌ No Kenyan police report
❌ No Kenyan witness
❌ Nothing
The judge ran away from this issue completely.
This means the court had no power to try Kanu on those allegations.
8. HIS JUDGMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY USELESS BECAUSE HE DENIED FAIR HEARING
The law is very simple:
👉 If a judge refuses to let you raise your objections
👉 Or refuses to let you address the court
👉 Everything he does afterward is null and void
It’s as if the trial never happened.
9. HE ADDED FALSE STORIES ABOUT BOMBING US/UK MISSIONS - STORIES THAT NEVER CAME FROM ANY EVIDENCE
This is shocking.
He inserted a narrative about bombing foreign embassies:
Not charged
Not alleged
Not testified to

While voices of reasoning are echoing the injustice against #NnamdiKanu, Nasiru Mohammed of the DSS @OfficialDSSNG believes that debunking all the tests as usual and findings of Prof. Aghaji will make the truth non-existent.
Prof Aghaji established that Mazi #NnamdiKanu has issues with his Kidney, pancreas, prostate, heart, and depletion of potassium in his blood stream. He deposed these facts in an affidavit before a court of law.
I am not concerned about Nasiru Mohammed, who's never on his own inspected #NnamdiKanu yet chose to depose to an affidavit contradicting Dr. Aghaji's findings.
What concerns me is how a living being manages to gloss over the truth without a shred of apprehension.
The independent body requested by the AG to investigate Mazi #NnamdiKanu's health status in order to aver Nasiru's affidavit confirmed the findings of Prof. Aghaji and also discovered further issues that require immediate medical attention.

@Amaka_Ekwo Isn't it amazing how they protested in their white costumes and matched the streests without any interferences. But if another group gathers to protest against the imposed military rule, it will be tagged disturbance of peace and order, and then hail will be let loose.
When Buhari threatened to teach Ndigbo the ‘language’ they understand, it was a declaration of a second war on Ndigbo. The crowning glory was the ‘capture’ of MAZI NNAMDI KANU, seen by Buhari as the ‘numero uno’ of Igbo leadership. Thus, #MNK is a prisoner of war, not a felon.
Imagine arresting Nigel Farage for pushing Brexit in the UK? That's what Nigeria did, arrested Nnandi Kanu for pushing for independence of Igbo people! Nigerian political leaders don't deserve Africa's respect. Mr President release Mr Kanu, he has done nothing wrong @officialABAT
My brothers & sisters from Nigeria, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Nnandi Kanu is in prison for wanting to create an independent state for the Igbo people? Ridiculous. African Union must intervene to release this brother, he is a political prisoner @_AfricanUnion
