@ThendoRalph With all those degrees and all the good money she makes, why couldn’t she afford her way back home. Granted if it went down as she says, then he shouldn’t have did this too her. A real flex would have been I got stranded but I had the funds to get back home. Sounds like a brokie
@923TheFan@ProFootballTalk They are not keeping him from the Draft. They have elected not to hold a supplemental draft. Context matters. Serious clowns.
@BernieFratto@FoxSportsRadio It’s not punitive. The NFL decided not to hold a supplemental draft. They didn’t say he barred from applying for the NFL. He can apply for 2027 draft. My question is if he was such a hit talent, why didn’t he enter the 2026 draft.
@923TheFan@SportsBoyTony Context. He had to agree as a scholarship athlete not to gamble. Somehow we’re missing that part. The misery in Cleveland is unbearable. Now back to speeding tickets being a major character flaw.
@923TheFan@KenCarman@SportsBoyTony It’s amazing. Legally no precedent has been set. Supplemental drafts are optional. He has no entitlements or protections under the CBA. Players covered by the CBA have an entitlement to due process within the CBA. This is how some precedents can be made based on certain setlmnts
@PFT_Live The point that’s being missed is, the NFL has the discretion to
Hold a supplemental draft or not. Based on the NFLs review of the application, the NFL decided not to hold a special draft for 1 player. The NFL can use whatever criteria they want when considering the application.
@danfetes They didn’t deny him entry into the supplemental draft. The NFL exercised their right now to hold a supplemental draft. It may be different if they were conducting a supplemental draft and only denied Sorsby.
@dalvinthetruth Facts. When 2 got speeding tickets it was this character stuff is why he fell. Now gambling on your own team and teammates isn’t much of a character flaw. Let alone the extent he went to cover his tracks
@PaulCinny So if he grew up in a neighborhood with liquor stores and becomes an alcoholic then it’s the liquor makers fault or a gun makers fault. lol the entitlement is hilarious
@TomPelissero The entitlement is outrageous. The supplemental draft is at the discretion of the NFL. How tone deaf are these people. If you want the NFL to make an exception for you to be drafted, common sense should have told him to provide a detailed explanation for the exception request.
