Now the Ministry of Education’s PRO claims they had permission from FDA to extend the expiry date of the Indian Moshosho rice from December 2023 to April 2024.
Soon they will tell us they had another authorization from the FDA to change the origin of the rice from India to Ghana, and then an additional FDA authorization not to indicate expiry dates on the re-bagged rice.
If Lamens had FDA approval why were they fined by the FDA and why did Lamens admit culpability by paying part payment (GHS50,000.00) of the fine? See evidence of this attached.
I am absolutely convinced now than ever that an independent, credible and impartial investigation into this scandal must start from the Ministry of Education.
Under the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration, the Ministry of Education defends companies engaged in criminal ventures instead of defending vulnerable children placed under their care.
I weep for Ghana.
See how RIBADE, the private contractor constructing the National Cathedral promptly terminated the agreement with its workers on March 14, 2022 when it was obvious the project has been suspended.
Contrast this with the theory of Bawumia’s top Campaign Advisor, Joyce Aryee, who describes calls to stop cathedral payments as ridiculous.
They wouldn’t be paying people for 31 long months over an abandoned project if Ghana was their private company.
Was this the protection of the public purse, President Akufo-Addo promised?
Sadly, from my unimpeachable tracking of the National Payroll Database, this intransigent Akufo-Addo/Bawumia government has programmed to continue these unconscionable cathedral payments beyond December 2024.
December 7 and Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) remain our only hope.
I have observed quite a number of hirelings engage in a premature frenzy over a statement from the National Cathedral Secretariat claiming that audit firm Deloitte has purportedly cleared them for the period ending December 31, 2020.
First of all, let me point out that Ghanaians demand a full publication of the said 2020 audit to draw our own informed conclusions. We shall not rely on the interpretations of an interested party.
I stress that it is grossly misleading to conclude that because of a 2020 audit report — a report covering only one year, then it means no adverse findings have been made for the entire project.
The statement signed by National Cathedral Board Chairman, Apostle Prof. Opoku Onyinah duly acknowledges that the audit for 2021, 2022 and 2023 are all outstanding.
It is most instructive to note that according to documents submitted to Parliament by former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta through the Ministry’s Chief Director, Patrick Nomo, dated 21st November, 2022, when we demanded a breakdown of releases on the National Cathedral project, it emerged that by 2020 only 0.13% of financial releases had been made.
Specifically, on 7th June, 2019, GHS445,000 (US$89,000) was released for the National Cathedral project. (Document submitted to Parliament duly attached).
The remaining over 99% of releases happened after 2020.
The post 2020 details as contained in the Finance Ministry document are provided below:
1. The then Finance Minister indicated that on 5th March, 2021 a release of GHS80,525,461.84 (US$13,972,594.93) was effected.
2. On 10th February, 2021 another release of GHS32,070,103.02 (US$5,564,827.84) was made.
3. On 29th October, 2021 a release of GHS142,762,500.00 (US$25,000,000.00) was made.
4. On 19th August, 2021 a release of GHS58,200,000.00 (US$10,000,000.00) was made.
5. On 31st March, 2022 a release of 25,000,000.00 (US$3,515,086.75) was effected.
All these illegal releases amounted to GHS339,003,064.86 (US$58,141,509.52)
What this means is that the 2020 audit covers only 0.13% of the actual illegal releases for the National Cathedral project.
As we await a full publication of the 2020 audit, we also eagerly await the completion of the 2021, 2022 and 2023 audits which will cover more than 99% of the releases made.
It would be interesting to see how any credible audit can conclude that the world’s most expensive pit which has now been upgraded to a National Cathedral Swimming Pool truly cost US$58.1million.
It would also be interesting to see how the litany of corrupt practices, diversions to Cary Summers and others, inflationary pricing, multiple legal breaches, demolishings, avoidable compensations, and criminal double identity payments will be cleaned up by any credible audit.
The real comprehensive audit shall be conducted soon.
For God and Country.

The management and staff of Ghana International School deserve high commendations for courageously resisting a clandestine takeover of portions of their land at 2am on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
It is in the best interest of Ghana’s Presidency to immediately put out a statement on the claims by one Chief Superintendent Ibrahim Opoku who is holding himself as an official of the VVIPU at the Office of the President and who was offering protection for the dawn encroachment.
The Akufo-Addo/Bawumia presidency may contact the Cantonments Police Station for the details of Chief Superintendent Ibrahim Opoku who boldly and unashamedly demanded the release of the suspected encroachers, and also provided his details including a phone number with its last four digits being: 4222.
The Minority Caucus in Parliament will add this latest development to the many other cases of State Capture we are currently pursuing in Parliament.
We encourage many more Ghanaians to emulate the GIS example and stand up to these unscrupulous marauding land looters.
All those engaged in State Capture with utter impunity must recognize that the day of reckoning is soon approaching — the Ghanaian people shall take back what belongs to all of us.
Together, we shall defeat State Capture.
For God and Country.

More fire 🔥 💯Hon. Yusif Sulemana Mp for Bole Bamboi told EC Boss Jane MENSAH in her face that she would not need 20 military men to protect her if she performed her duty as expected. Perform your duties well and you will walk freely without needing any security protection.
The ignorant and dishonorable Attorney-General, Godfred Dame is receiving free education in court from Mr. Jakpa again. This is not funny anymore. Very embarrassing!
