@EriccNFL@DeanTTraining 0.3 is 54gm for me, achieving that is not easy. Especially when you’re trying to get to 160-180gm of protein. An egg has 5 grams of fat, even extra lean beef has a lot of fat
@BTCwwfc@DeanTTraining I’m exactly the same! Gaining 0.5 lb muscle and dropping not more than 1% body fat a month. Is this the pace you’re on as well? I feel it’s super slow.. I’m 42
@Medzonetv Remember this is a match, not a selective process.. Most PDs have a bias towards American grads, if Harvard ended up with 5 foreign grads, it’s either because they are super qualified or because no qualified American grad wants to go to their program
@DeanTTraining So this or alternating sternal and clavicular presses on upper A and upper B like you’ve recommended before? Or does it not matter too much?
