whether it’s fighting for injustices in 2022 or that of the scenes on June 1, 1984 - its the resistance that makes for history and will never be forgotten.
in dedication of all those who lost their lives in 84 and those who continue to battle through those haunting memories.

when i met #sidhumoosewala we spoke about our careers. he asked about my inspirations and i asked him, of which he replied, ‘tupac’ (and smiled).
with his last song titled ‘the last ride’ it was fitting to have him the pleasure of that ‘last ride’ with his inspiration.
🤍
i always wonder what happened the night of 1699 in anandpur?
i imagine guru gobind singh ji holding the first meeting at midnight in the forest, sharing and allowing his beloved five to hold and feel his gold dipped arrows and bow for their courage.
love to you all on vaiskahi
as young as i remember, with my dad being a musician, the voice of #LataMangeshkar was a constant in our house.
so it was important to send a farewell tribute art on someone i resonate my childhood with.
with any expression of art, she will live on forever through her voice.
Thinking of the patients receiving healthcare today. Of the health workers providing healthcare today. Of the caregivers supporting loved ones receiving healthcare today.
Thinking of our Toronto healthcare community. You continue to persevere & thrive despite such adversity. ❤️
God is the greatest! Thankful for everyone who has been apart of the journey so far! Definitely more to come. Appreciate all the love & support 🙏🏽

Hey! Look! Did you see that massively huge convoy of health workers who has gone in to work each & every day to provide healthcare for vulnerable people amidst staffing shortages, snowstorms & a raging pandemic? Yeah...shoutout to that convoy. That convoy is the best. 🙌🏾
