Booked a cab through Uber at midnight, but the driver neither answered my calls, nor moved towards my location, nor cancelled the trip. I had to book another cab just to get home, and even now the original trip hasn't been cancelled. Is this the level of service Uber provides?

Downloading any episodes or movie from @JioHotstar is much irritating. Even though I am having good internet speed but to download a 400 MB episode it's taking around 6 minutes to complete.
