@airindia I was downgraded from business class to economy (NY to BOM, 26-Nov, PNR 6EUUO8). I was assured 75% of ticket cost. I have raised complaint last month (Case # 01206801). Even after multiple follow ups there isn't any resolution. This is your customer service?
