PM Modi sets up high-power task force for NTA examination reforms.
A multidisciplinary group of domain experts has been set up to help revamp NTA examinations, especially from technology perspective, and for structural reforms in the system
Towards this end, PM @narendramodi has set up the following committee:
📍Technology Expert Nandan Nilekani;
📍Former ISRO Chairman S Somnath;
📍Former IB Director Tapan Deka;
📍IIT Chennai Director V Kamakoti;
📍Former Education Secretary Anita Karwal;
📍Logistics Expert Amrit Lal Meena.
The PM announced the setting up of this committee and its members in a post on social media through a self-shot video:
For most of our lives, we are measured by ordinary questions.
How much do you earn? How much have you saved? What car do you drive? What is your company's valuation? Where did you spend your vacation? Which restaurants you eat in?
But every once in a while, you come across people who have quietly stopped playing that game.
They choose to wager their youth, their careers, their savings, and often their peace of mind on an idea that appears absurd to everyone else. They are drawn not by certainty, but by possibility. Their ambitions are so disproportionate to the odds that failure is almost the expected outcome.
Engineers who attempt moonshots belong to this rare tribe.
Today's Skyroot launch is one of those moments.
This picture will always be a reference point for us.
Mbappé, for example, won the World Cup. But when it came to Messi, he knew where the line was. He never tried to manufacture a moment against him or speak disrespectfully about him.
But this guy? I genuinely wonder where all this confidence comes from.
Has he achieved something extraordinary with his club? Barcelona have dominated Real Madrid repeatedly, and for the last 2 seasons he’s ended up empty-handed, while Spain also outclassed England at the Euros.
Has he won a Ballon d’Or? A Golden Boot? Anything?
Or does he play for a club that used to dominate Messi?
Messi practically spent 16 years tormenting Real Madrid. He scored 26 goals against them alone.
Yet somehow he thought provoking the greatest player in football history was a good idea.
In the end, he got his answer on the pitch.
🚨Lautaro Martínez was asked about Lionel Messi’s influence during Argentina’s World Cup semi-final victory over England.
🎙️ Reporter: “Lautaro, can you tell us what Lionel Messi said to you after you came on?”
🗣️ Lautaro Martínez:
“People see the assists, the dribbles and the magic, but they don’t see what Leo does with his words.
When I came onto the pitch, he walked over to me and said, ‘Attack the space between the defenders. Go for the headers. Keep making those runs.’
I tried it the first time and it didn’t work. I looked at him, and instead of telling me to change, he kept giving me signs to keep believing. He knew the opportunity would come.
We were 1–1 with less than five minutes to play. Leo looked at the scoreboard, then looked straight at me and nodded. He didn’t even have to speak. I knew exactly what he wanted. I knew the assignment.
That’s what makes him different. He sees the game before everyone else. He knows where the space will open, and he gives you the confidence to attack it without hesitation.
Playing with him is incredible because he doesn’t only create chances with his feet. He creates belief in every player around him.
At 39 years old, he’s still leading Argentina in the biggest matches, still deciding games and still showing us why he’s the greatest footballer I’ve ever seen.
We’re in another World Cup final because once again, when Argentina needed someone to guide us, Lionel Messi was that man.”
@vikramchandra Reflects the frustration of common man. India needs to reform this asap to do away with all these British-era mi-lord culture and get the justice system to work equally and efficiently for all.
Saludos

The Egyptian Football Association released a video titled: “The Secret to Victory.”
They openly declare that the key to victory is to begin each match by cursing Christians and Jews.
Before every game, the team gathers to recite Quranic passages describing Christians and Jews as infidels under Allah’s wrath.
Coptic Christians make up 15% of Egypt’s population, yet they are not allowed on the national team.
Now, the Islamic team of Egypt has been eliminated by the ‘infidel’ nation of Argentina. Allah was not on their side.
A tragedy waiting to happen? What are the safety arrangements at this place? How is overcrowding prevented? Are climbers checked for the right shoes and gear to prevent falls?
Indian authorities and the public just don’t seem to learn from the countless tragedies. Save lives please 🙏🏼

Jhaantu (useless) soccer team of #Paraguay
Never tried to win against #France and wasted a knockout match. #CapeVerde should teach them how to play to win.

Dear @USAmbIndia,
Thousands of Indian students who have secured admission to U.S. universities and already received their I-20s are unable to book visa interview appointments because the @USAndIndia scheduling portal has shown no available slots for weeks.
Many now face the real possibility of missing the start of their semester.
In an age of AI and digital governance, how can such a situation persist? Is this a technical failure, an administrative backlog, or a policy decision? Students and their families deserve a clear explanation.
Could the Embassy please clarify what is causing this delay and when additional interview slots will be made available?
