Rains have been less severe so far with just moderate rains happening in & around #Tirunelveli which is great news so far💯 Hope rains do not increase further again.

Maximum of 88 mm in Ambasamudram so far until 4 PM IST. Tirunelveli city has recorded 33 mm so far.

Now in plains itself some places have crossed 400 mm rainfall in less than 24 hrs.
In Tuty Srivaikuntam 479 mm, Tiruchendur is crossing 450 mm
In Nellai, Moolakaraipatti recorded 455 mm.
