@mikenelson586 The US would have reached the moon without German rocket engineering. Just build a bigger rocket was the German idea. The tricky part was keeping astronauts alive on the trip to the moon and back. Even landing on the moon and liftoff were simple by comparison.
@peterrhague Western leftists were thrilled by the idea of middle class suburbanites being slaughtered at breakfast, and wished what happened to these poor people to happen in their own countries.
@JamesSurowiecki@shipwreckedcrew He's discussing the asylum process as it ought to be, not as it is. Btw, you are of aware that most requests for asylum are bullshit, how do you feel knowing the persons requesting asylum are trying to defraud the US?
@ReichlinMelnick@DHSGenCounsel Your cases appear to have put down roots in the US. Why do that unless they believed TPS would be renewed indefinitely or their status otherwise becomes permanent? How many immigration lawyers were selling them a dream?
@ReichlinMelnick Aaron, this decision was correctly decided and a discussion of Trump's bloviating was irrelevant. SCOTUS merely affirmed that temporary means temporary.
@JamesSurowiecki The most critical issue in recent history was the opening of the southern border of the United States by your favorite pants-shitting dotard. Whether a woman is able to rut unprotectedely in any state in the union is...less important.
@ASFleischman@TeddysGrandson1@UrquharDevil No, the prosecutions were aggressive. If there was a case for felony murder, it would have been brought. Be honest, you are looking at this from the perspective of "who, whom."
