Y’all starting to use “gaslighting” and “manipulative” interchangeably & its not. Gaslighting is a form of manipulation, yes but not all manipulation is gaslighting. Thats it. Great Sunday further.
@FedEx Is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. How is my OVERNIGHT package 2 DAYS LATE. I have spent $1000’s in flight & hotel changes and I was even lied to and told that it was in Chicago when it never even made it to IL.
If theres ONE thing Fedex is gonna do, its give u a customer survey & I DONT CARE FOR IT. Do the actual job @FedEx. I didn’t half ass the payment I made to you. I wanna know where my actual package is. I hate being like “package” as if its a fashionova dress - this is a DOCUMENT.
Spoiler Alert: it never arrived yesterday by end of day. I missed my intl flight. Having to change everything around & when I called @fedex today they simply said “we cannot guarantee delivery today”. Again. I have spent $1500+ to correct their error.
@FedEx if you cannot overnight packages - don’t charge for it. I could have used another courier who actually has the capacity to overnight my package.
@FedEx all this because of “weather conditions” in Memphis when its literally clear skies over there. HOW DOES THIS EVEN HAPPEN?! At this point just give me my package, which is such an important document - hence me having to change EVERYTHING.
@TK_HelpDesk You did not “contact me via dm”. You forwarded me to another office. To “file a complaint” along with the hundreds of thousands other complaints you already have.
@TurkishAirlines I am SO tired of being inconvenienced by you & your bad customer service. Not only was my flight cancelled TWICE but you REFUSED to meet me halfway in anyway. I am mind blown.
@TurkishAirlines I have NEVER received such bad customer service before. And for you to have cancelled our flights TWICE and refuse to do anything but a refund that comes in , in 7 DAYS . What am I supposed to do with that!?
