Our government likes to prioritize killing things over supporting creativity. Grouse shooting is getting more funding then most of the arts venues. It's fucking sickening.

More insight into Solo's rehab journey. A glimspe of what their daily respiratory physio looked like. Thanks for your insights, it's essential to make sure people's experience of physio informs our practice going forwards #respphysio
Being a sportsman I was previously very naive about the scope of a physiotherapist’s work. I only knew about physio’s who worked with athletes and did not know they worked in hospitals and had tracheostomy training. Here the therapist is performing chest therapy on me. (1/3)
As a widowed man, I love when people still use this day to wish me a happy anniversary. I still mark the day with happiness and it still is the anniversary of the day itself. I think it’s usually much harder for bereaved people when days are ignored rather than acknowledged.
Using ALL I have to take my first steps helped by this cool machine & the PT team 💪🏾 I can’t describe the feeling of liberation I had to be able to stand tall again & just walk🚶🏾♂️who knew so much work goes into something I used to take for granted prior to my illness. Never again!
In case you missed it, here is @MichaelRosenYes on @BBCNewsnight reading his poem from the anthology ‘These Are The Hands: Poems from the Heart of the NHS’. All proceeds to @NHSCharities. Giving NHS staff a voice. ❤️ our #NHS.
