My 83 year old grandad was due a life changing op first half of 2022. Finally got given an op date of 20/12 which was cancelled days before due to the nhs strike and rearranged for 6th &7th feb, again cancelled days before. @RishiSunak jw how you and your govt sleep at night?

@weareboxt 13 day old boiler stops working twice. Should be at work but instead sat in a freezing house being told someone will let me know when they’re on there way in next 3 days. How can you not even provide time frames, extremely poor service.
