@LNER for people with disabilities are assistance able to help secure a seat even on overbooked services? I have reserved a seat later in the day tomorrow but was supposed to travel today

@LNER I am sat inside the Parcel Yard. I have made a reservation on the 15:30 service to Edinburgh. I just need some assistance through to the platform to ensure I get my seat. As standing for 2.5 hours isn't possible for me. I have mobility issues but can walk.

@nationalrailenq is the disruption between KGX and Edin likely to continue tomorrow? I am caught up in travel disruption. I only have enough medication to last another day. Trying to get home to the north east

@julianhilaire @LNER That's awful. I have tried to access assistance again this morning but because I don't look disabled the staff member told me i can just walk a different way to the platform. I feel really vulnerable and no closer to being home

@LNER I am at KGX trying to access assistance to board train. I should have travelled yesterday with my friend assisting me to the train. Now im alone and without assistance and no idea what to do. I cannot extend my stay further as I will run out of my medication. What can I do?

@fulaniey Don't be. It's just one of those things. I do believe some trains are running at normal schedule. Thames Link being one of them

@CenterParcsUK arrived at Sherwood. Adapted lodge surrounded by construction. Difficult access, lots of noise and the insulting offer of £50 compensatipn. Unnecessarily stressful first day. Poor response from guest services. Why did you not inform us before arrival?
