This afternoon we’ve had 3 patients on the phone saying they’ve had an email from ‘NHS England’ asking them to book a COVID jab by clicking a link. The link asks for details and credit/debit card info. We NEVER ask for such info. Please RT and advise elderly / vulnerable
1/3: NICE HF guidelines: Those with a suspected diagnosis of HF and a high BNP level should be seen by a HF specialist within 2 wks of GP referral. UK data shows we fail to meet the target & women wait >20 wks. Need a legal precedent to bring about change for all pts. Pls sign&RT

@dannyc1402 Yes with a bit of coordinating (mainly with echos!) it seems to work well for our patients. We have a HF consultant in the clinic so patients have their meds reviewed too (saves another referral). I can send you our clinic proforma if you think it would help? :)
