@StubHub you are blatently using delay tactics by decided to give me credit when I asked for a refund. That is illegal and I am in the process of taking this further. You will pay and it will cost you a lot more than a petty refund!

@Telstra I’m glad getting a # on the top of everyone’s phone is your priority, whilst small business owners like myself just need our services fixed and can’t get through to anyone to help. But at least you have your priorities right. How’s that working for you?

@Telstra you ask me to wait on hold if my matter is urgent. At the 2 hour mark you decide it's not without asking me a question then hang up. I get that everyone is busy, I'm trying to run a business & I can't use my phone or the app you claim to be able to help me
