@easyJet I had flight diverted to alternative destination & further onward travel cancelled. I would be expecting some form of compensation for the stress and additional costs incurred. Can someone please acknowledge my correspondence re this! It is painful trying to communicate

[Amy Felton @amycarter6]

How many times can @British_Airways change/cancel my flights before I am given compensation 😭 4 cancellations for the same flight, re routed, delayed 30 hours from original arrival time & now I have been allocated 2 outbound flights from LHR to different places

@MSC_Cruises_UK we have an upcoming cruise at the end of this week and want to make sure I have a cot available in our cabin for our toddler. How can I confirm this please?

[Amy Felton @amycarter6]

@flynorse can you please confirm we can use the flyaway inflatable bed on your flights for my toddler

[Amy Felton @amycarter6]

A big thanks to @British_Airways & @swissportNews staff after I realised I left my phone in departures once I boarded the plane. With the help from the cabin crew, the ground staff went & quickly found & returned my phone to us on board in time!!! @PortsofJersey

@stbreladecom1 can you please look into this. Regular occurrence having people park on the yellow line in quennevais park but this one is a joke! The car on the left blocking the whole road being used

[Amy Felton @amycarter6]

@slem1970 God I wish!! Can barely function by 5pm most days at the moment

[Amy Felton @amycarter6]

A nice way to return to work yesterday from maternity leave. Thank you to my lovely team on @PaedWardJsy 😘

@easyJetholidays Thanks I have DMd you with an additional question

[Amy Felton @amycarter6]

@easyJetholidays it doesn’t allow me to book a holiday all way through from Jersey- Fuerteventura
If I do the holiday LGW - Fuerteventura & book a separate flight booking from jersey - LGW will I be able to check my bags through the whole way from Fuerteventura - jersey @easyJet

A fantastic turnout for @JerseyRedsRugby this lunch time. Harvey Biljon and @lyndonfarnham talking to the fans. A lot of emotion to say the least, but also plenty of good points on why we need to support them - a big community wanting a lot of answers and support 🇯🇪

@British_Airways I have searched for 2 adults + 1 infant and it is showing the total price. That total price is charging the infant nearly £300 on average

[Amy Felton @amycarter6]

Trying to book family holiday with @British_Airways . My child will be 6 months old at time of travel and the holidays are charging him the same as us. Surely babies don’t get charged the same for an all inclusive resort 🥵🥵

@mrslebreuilly Amazing work!!! Well done

[Amy Felton @amycarter6]

A great session from @samjdonohue encouraging us to remember why we’re a nurse and what fills our cup up to get us ready for the new week. Fellow rugby lover - that’s what helps me reset👋 #nurseiswhoiam
