As we celebrate this milestone, let's continue to stand together in creating a stronger, more supportive architectural community!
"You know when a lot of people have their houses done up, they have it done up like it's a show home and it loses all it's history and memories... for me buildings are like vessels for memories." Quote from the owner of a wheel-chair friendly home @The_ModernHouse.
MUYIWA OKI ELECTED AS THE NEXT RIBA PRESIDENT
This campaign has demonstrated exactly how a grassroots movement of workers and students can overcome the inertia of our institutions.
Huge congratulations to @Muyiwa_Oki and big up everyone that joined us in this campaign 🖤
Voting for Muyiwa Oki in the RIBA President elections as I believe he will best represent the next generation of architects, creating equity for the architectural worker. If you are an RIBA registered architecture student please vote! His policies plan to end unpaid overtime.

My year 6 studio: Invisible Cities’ incredible exhibition. ‘Culture’ is critically explored in context to Coventry. A feminist ethics of care reveals hidden inequalities in a post war city with a gritty brutalist fabric. Restorative, alternative ‘cultures of care’ are proposed.
