@Blushneyy I’m not acting like using AI is a horrible crime. I’m against AI when it’s used to falsely ban accounts in a sweeping situation. @Roblox use of AI in moderation in these situations is negligent especially given that you can’t get help to discuss your particular situation!

Just received a response and told that I couldn’t appeal. The note on my account specifically says “only the banned account can appeal that violation. If the two accounts shouldn’t be linked to each other, send an appeal using this account from Violation and Appeals”.

So, I did.

When I appeal with Support form, it says to appeal with Violations form! This system is broken!! My money spent is being stolen!
