@P4513Jenny @VaDOTNOVA It had ALL lanes (express & non) blocked just at the Balls Ford exit. I was in the traffic in the non-express lanes. The only way to clear 66 was to divert folks over to the express lanes (jumping the barriers) and off at Balls Ford. Never seen so many fire trucks.
