I either had to get a member of the staff to let me in the room each time, or strategically prop the door open, hoping no one noticed so I could go to the lobby. It was not a relaxing experience. The staff was great, but I don’t think that stay warranted what I was charged.

@HiltonHotels I stayed at the Tru Hotel in Cartersville, GA last night. Upon arrival, I was informed their key card machine was down and I could only use the digital key card in the app… except it never ever worked. It was pretty frustrating.

@USPSHelp My mail carrier has decided that packages that don’t fit in the box can now just be wedged in and the box doesn’t close or be propped up for the whole world to see you have a package. They used to at least bring oversized packages to the door. What’s going on?
