Ok @ATT how can you manage to mess up your service request 2x? We called for a fiber optic cable and you now sent 2 kits without the damn cable. Day 4 with no internet. Add in this mornings cell phone disruption and you’ve done nothing but cause headaches. 20+ year customer

So @CrumblCookies says @DoorDash is responsible for missed delivery. @DoorDash says @CrumblCookies needs to make it right. My kids out $25 and I’m sick of the lack of accountability.

So my kid orders @CrumblCookies for delivery with a gift card through their app. @DoorDash picks up order and never delivers it. Call store and they said the first driver took the cookies and 3 other drivers attempted to pick up the order. Now my kid is out $25 for cookies.
