@brianne2k@LiquidDeath Political commentator and podcast host called them out for deceptive marketing practices among other things. They got emotional and the CEO has an ongoing back and forth on X. An official PR statement has also been released, trying to tone things down. It is pretty hilarious.

I have yet to get an answer for this one - what are we doing to combat LinkedIn spam messages and connection requests? It's unmanageable and infuriating. "I can get you 5,000 leads..." "I work with agencies like yours..." GAG.
Definition of messaging/customer experience disconnect: Hearing "We care about our customers - we're committed to quality service" on repeat for 20+ minutes while on hold. @ReadyRefresh@PrimoWater
