I think I have to accept that I will always want more and I can't just have more forever. I already miss having littler ones and they are (almost) 7, 5, and 2.

@ohabryka @myhandle I don't want to diminish your contribution but I would say we've become much more 1:1 focussed over time. I think we had like 80 speakers and 30 workshops in 2016 and no networking app. 9 years of feedback and impact stories made us lean into 1:1s more and apps made that easier.
