@webdevMason@diviacaroline@RachelToRome I have three and my experience was that I always want another one when the youngest stops being a baby. I think I have to accept that I will always want more and I can't just have more forever. I already miss having littler ones and they are (almost) 7, 5, and 2.
@ohabryka@myhandle I don't want to diminish your contribution but I would say we've become much more 1:1 focussed over time. I think we had like 80 speakers and 30 workshops in 2016 and no networking app. 9 years of feedback and impact stories made us lean into 1:1s more and apps made that easier.
Last night I had a nightmare that I didn't apply to EA Global: London, which is projected to be the biggest EAG ever, but luckily applications are still open ๐
EAG London (Jun 6-8) is shaping up to be the largest one ever! ๐
We're working hard on making this a reality.
If you'd like to join us at our (potentially) largest event ever, apply here before May 18! https://t.co/Hj7MCp5SKI
Please RT or reply if an EAG has helped you :)
@teebarnettsays Hmm ok. Minor pushback: have you considered using an AI to write the creditor a letter?
https://t.co/xEVm8Zp4w4
I guess there are likely AI services that do the full process
I feel like this doesn't have to take more than like 10 minutes but idk
Help us run events to steer AI and build the EA community!
The CEA Events Team are hiring for team leads for:
- The EAGx program
- A new AI Special Events team
- A new Meta Special Events team

@teebarnettsays I haven't done this for a while so I don't remember the exact process but iirc you can try contacting the creditor and just explain "omg so sorry I had no idea about this, can you please remove the ding?"
