For Christmas we bought my mum a voucher for @cotswoldinns Covid arrived before she could use it and she won’t be able to go anywhere for some time as she’s shielding. She’s contacted @cotswoldinns 3 times in the last 4 weeks to try to extend & nothing. No response. So unfair.
