3/3 knitting is a pretty low-stakes example of this. As a perfectionist my whole life, I’ve often given up hobbies and pursuits by labeling myself as “bad at them” when in reality, I just needed more drafts and practice.
2/3 I’m learning to knit while my leg is in a cast and my first attempt was pretty rough. I’m not going to consider myself a bad knitter (yet). It’s just my first draft.
Before I started my MBA, I was worried that I'd been out of school too long and that it would be tough to go back. Now that I have graduated, I miss it! I'm thankful had the opportunity to experience school as a professional - I appreciated it so much more than when I was 18-22.
