Earlier this week, I stopped by to get a piece of history. If you’re from Wilson County, you have heard stories about Frederick Douglass High School and the impact it had on our community. This is our history and I’m so happy to have gotten the opportunity to preserve it.

These kids have an impressive ability to learn in a multilingual society, and they need supports in our schools to do so.
