In Memoriam – Professor Knox Lovell
I have just heard the news of Knox’s passing, and I am overwhelmed by a deep sense of sadness.
Knox was my PhD supervisor and co-author on several papers, and he supported me through the most crucial moments of my career —
Knox was an exceptional professor, a rigorous scholar, and one of the brightest minds in his field. But beyond all that, he stood out for his boundless generosity. From him, I learned that those with the brightest minds are also the most generous and humble.

Sustainable economic development coupled with clean energies plays a crucial role in reducing CO2 emissions and fostering energy equity.
We observe convergence among countries’ performances, with slightly higher convergence rates for EU-15 countries. (3/n)
