@SlackHQ How about allowing teammates and managers to give certain badges to people who have done really well or achieved something? This could be shown in their profile. Something like Apple activity/fitness awards.

@pankajparashar @viljamis Yes, we analyzed 8 months of usage data and found usage patterns i.e. most frequently selected date-ranges. The most commonly selected ranges were added to the drop-down. Later we looked at the usage data and found that these new changes worked pretty well. #designingwithdata
