#Tesla customers locked out of our cars...unknown error. Customer service says they don't know root cause and are all hands on deck to resolve. People stranded all over the country. Key card and fob work so if you have that with you, you are in luck. Call center is blowing up.
@ScottMColbert@HCPG Agree. Has never happened to me before. Making sure the card is at my disposal is a small price to pay for all the benefits I get with this vehicle.
@HCPG I hear you but I’m telling you it didn’t work for me and hundreds of others who were calling the contact center. Stood at the car to get dinner it totally did not respond. Luckily I had the key card. Glad it worked for you though :-)
@HCPG Ok again, now the app is back up for many of us. Again you can’t get into the car without the app, key card, the fob or Tesla opening for you (I believe). Those who didn’t have a key card were stuck and Tesla told me they couldn’t remote open it for people. Feel free to ask Tesla
@Dapperstrated Yep seems like you did this when it came back up. While the app was down only the key card and the fob worked. But feel free to ask the call center if you don’t believe me.
@HCPG App has been down a number of hours. I just posted that the issue has now been resolved. However for several hours now, customers were seeing this on the app. And the message at the bottom was saying unknown error...
