سیٹیزن فیسلیٹیشن سینٹر ترلائی پائلٹ مرحلے کی کامیاب تکمیل کے بعد مکمل طور پر فعال کر دیا گیا, شہری اب ڈومیسائل، برتھ و ڈیتھ سرٹیفکیٹس، میرج سرٹیفکیٹ، طلاق رجسٹریشن، فرد، انٹرنیشنل ڈرائیونگ پرمٹ اور دستاویزات کی تصدیق جیسی 8 خدمات ایک ہی چھت تلے حاصل کر سکیں گے جبکہ 29 جولائی سے 11 اگست تک پائلٹ مرحلے کے دوران 106 ڈومیسائل، 95 برتھ سرٹیفکیٹس، 47 میرج سرٹیفکیٹس، 31 فرد اور 15 ڈیتھ سرٹیفکیٹس کے کیسز نمٹائے گئے۔ سٹیٹ آف دی آرٹ سینٹر میں شہری سہولیات کی رئیل ٹائم مانیٹرنگ بھی جاری ہے، ڈپٹی کمشنر اسلام آباد عرفان میمن کے مطابق سی ایف سی ترلائی کے مکمل فعال ہونے سے شہریوں کو اپنے علاقے میں اہم سرکاری خدمات کے حصول میں مزید آسانی اور سہولت میسر آئے گی
