Rusia prepara multas de 4.000 dólares para quienes no quieran tener hijos.

Esta multa sería tan solo una de muchas más sanciones que se incluyen en el proyecto de ley que prepara el Parlamento ruso y que quiere prohibir la difusión de lo que llaman “propaganda de ideología sin hijos”.

Los diputados del partido del Gobierno Rusia Unida de Vladímir Putin afirman que promover una vida sin hijos es una amenaza a los valores tradicionales del país, que dan mucha importancia a tener familias numerosas.

Ukraine’s @ZelenskyyUa arrived at Ukraine Recovery Conference in Berlin greeted by Scholz. They are to discuss the ways to reconstruct and rebuild Ukraine already now, before the war is over.

Instead of Soviet Memorial - Neue Wache. For the second time Ukrainian Ambassador @Makeiev lays flowers there, together with Berlin mayor Kai Wegner. Makeiev says the memory of that day is being instrumentalised by Russian state.

Депутат бундестага: "Грузинская мечта" не хочет вести страну в ЕС. Представитель входящей в правящую в ФРГ коалицию партии СвДП Томас Хакер застал массовые демонстрации против закона об "иностранных агентах" в Тбилиси. DW поговорила с ним о его впечатлениях от протестов и о том, как законопроект может повлиять на евроинтеграцию Грузии. Вот что он сказал:
▪️ По словам Хакера, правительство Грузии оказывает давление не только в связи с новым законом, но и ведет кампанию против сексуальных меньшинств. "Все это является признаком того, что "Грузинская мечта" на данный момент не хочет вести страну в Евросоюз, но на улице этого не чувствуется. Люди хотят стать частью Евросоюза и видеть свое личное будущее, а также будущее своей страны, в демократии".
▪️ "В принципе, прозрачность и контроль за потоком средств является правильным. Реестр лоббистов - это та тема, которая знакома нам, в Европейском парламенте или бундестаге, но здесь дело выходит далеко за эти рамки", - считает депутат. По его мнению, власти Грузии хотят сделать сотрудничество с гражданским обществом в других странах невозможным для местных организаций.
▪️ Хакер сказал, что даже в случае принятия закона ЕС не отзовет у Грузии статус кандидата в его члены: "Мы дали статус кандидата гражданам, а не правительству Грузии", - уточнил он. Депутат также призвал население страны "четко выразить свою позицию на выборах", которые состоятся в конце сентября.
