@heroku @herokustatus dont' say "partial impact" when your are hard down. Our services on heroku are down. Our apps are down. I understand it's due to the AWS outage but at least be a bit more transparent and accurate. What you have on your trust site is not accurate.

hey @amazonIN why does it take 1 month to get a refund processed when your team keeps promising the refund will be in my bank within 48 hrs. this is ridiculous service. You should be ashamed for taking consumers granted. you should ban the vendor that could'nt deliver the item.

@craigkerstiens In a containerized world , if you are a mid size startup .. wouldn’t you want 2 providers and failover to one in case one of them goes out ? It’s non trivial but .. is managing AZ within the same provider easier. Just asking. I am having to think about this now .. thoughts?
